I read about your interest in cracking down on offshore incorporations
and wish to thank you.And I wish to bring to your attention the
fact that these offshores are used now not only by giant corps but
by numerous penny stock defrauders of small American and foreign
investors who are fleeced and taken for suckers.I know,I am one.

But to be specific, I was fleeced by buying through Schwab San
Francisco over half million Endovasc shares,a tiny Texas biotech,for
around $60,000 using a Stanford patent and hopes of FDA phase 3
testing as a gimmick. Virtually every pr the company put out has
turned to be a fraud and a lie.But to add insult to injury they
made A DEAL WITH JAMES DALE DAVIDSON TO DEFRAUD INVESTORS.Davidson
is founder of National Taxpayer’s Union yet uses offshores and
to defraud American investors and dragging their money offshore
as to avoid taxes on money stolen.

and he goes on, saying he is american, lived in california, now lives in guatemala…and was tricked into buying bad stocks by davidson et. al. through internet cyberfraud.
